to one coffee shop; there is some shopping in Skoulli 5km away,
and more extensively in Polis. The major centre of Paphos is half
an hour's drive, with the international airport 40 minutes drive.
All four villas have outstanding views across the valley to the
mountains beyond, and are being built to a luxury specification.
The price is CY£170,000 (about UK£205,000). Three of the four villas are still available for sale.
The development is planned to be complete by
August 2007. Those who purchase before completion will have the
opportunity to specify fitments and colour schemes.
